How to Order a Custom Design Item 

Want to bring your own design to life on one of our products? Follow these simple steps: 

  1. Choose your item 
     Browse our catalog and pick the clothing item you’d like to customize — t-shirt, v-neck t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, etc. 

  1. Select size and color 
     Choose the size and color that works best for you. 
     Important: Please make sure your item, size, and color are currently in stock. 

  1. Email us your order details 
     Send an email to designs@ovmsmartstore.com including: 

  • The exact item name/style 

  • Size and exact color name 

  • Your full shipping address 

  • A description of the design you want on the item 

  1. Already have a design? 
     Great! You can send us your own design file. 

  • Preferred file type: High-quality PNG 

  • Please make sure the background is transparent (unless a background is part of your design). 

  1. We’ll send you an invoice 
     Once we receive all your info, we’ll send you an invoice with the full cost. 
     This includes shipping, taxes, and the custom design fee. 

  1. Pay to begin 
     After your invoice is paid, we’ll start working on your design! 

  1. Design & revisions 
     You’ll receive a mockup of the design for approval. 
     Revisions are included — we want to make sure it’s just right. 

  1. Production & shipping 
     Once you approve the final design, we’ll send it to production. 
     You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your item ships.
